Why big Pages can take days
Meta enforces API rate limits on every app on the platform, no matter how big the company is. Your quota depends on your Page's recent engagement, so a large or dormant Page can take 24–72 hours to fully clear. Tools that promise instant bulk deletion are either not using the official API or not telling the truth.

What we can't do
Anyone claiming otherwise isn't using the official API.
- Personal Facebook profiles. Meta removed that API access in 2018, so no tool using the official API can do this.
- Personal (non-Professional) Instagram accounts.
- Your likes and comments on other people's posts. Meta provides no way to list them.
- Boosted or ad posts. These must be removed in Meta Ads Manager.

Common questions
Can I delete all posts on my Facebook Page at once?
Yes. Unpost scans your whole Page — timeline, albums, videos, reels and scheduled drafts — shows you the exact count broken down by type, and then deletes everything you select in one job through Meta's official Graph API. Facebook's own interface only deletes one item at a time.
How long does it take to bulk-delete a Facebook Page?
Small Pages usually finish in minutes to hours. Very large Pages can take 24 to 72 hours, because Meta enforces API rate limits on every app on the platform and your quota depends on your Page's recent engagement. Can Unpost delete posts from a personal Facebook profile?

Does Unpost work with Instagram?
Yes, for Instagram Professional accounts (Business or Creator) linked to a Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported, because Meta's API does not expose them.
Can deleted Facebook posts be recovered?
No. Deletion is permanent. Facebook has no trash bin for these items and nothing can restore them — not Unpost and not Facebook support. Download a backup first using Facebook's Download Your Information tool.
Does Unpost see my photos and videos?
